The principles of publication in Aluna Publishing House include ethical standards consistent with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, the Regulations for the Publication of Articles with Instructions for Authors, and the Review Rules.
All scientific articles are published in open access without embargo, available free of charge to all users immediately upon publication.
Authors retain their moral rights of authorship.
By submitting a manuscript for publication, the author grants Aluna Publishing House a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the work publicly available in all formats (print and electronic), in whole or in part, under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.
This license allows the publisher to include the work in subsequent print editions, reprints, online archives, and indexing databases.
Any third-party reproduction or re-publication of the article requires prior written consent from Aluna Publishing House.
The publisher allows self-archiving of the final published version (post-print) on non-commercial websites such as the author’s institutional repository, research profile, or employer’s website, provided that a full citation and link to the original publication are included.
Publication of scientific articles in Aluna journals is subject to an article processing charge (APC) as specified in the Author Guidelines. The fee is collected after receiving positive peer reviews and before publication.
Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of the scientific merit of submitted manuscripts, independent of commercial or advertising considerations.
The Publisher adheres to the ethical standards and retraction procedures described in the Publication Ethics and Review Rules sections.
Publications of Aluna Publishing House are distributed in both electronic and printed form.
Scientific articles and selected publications are available in the archives of individual journals as well as on the Publisher’s website under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license in the open access system.
All published articles are submitted to the databases in which a given journal is indexed, in full or in part (metadata, abstracts, etc.).
Aluna Publishing House ensures the long-term preservation of its publications through digital archiving and the delivery of obligatory copies to relevant institutions, in accordance with national legal requirements.
